Mitch Galton joins Libra Design as Senior Director, Client Services
Horticulture lighting industry veteran brings wholistic expertise in controlled-environment agriculture to advance LED adoption throughout commercial farming
Aug. 20, 2025 – Libra Design, LLC (Libra) today announced horticulture lighting industry veteran, Mitch Galton has joined the company as Senior Director, Client Services. Mitch’s extensive expertise in controlled-environment agriculture (CEA) and deep understanding of commercial horticulture operations play a critical role expanding successful adoption and implementation of LED technology throughout indoor and greenhouse agriculture operations.
A CEA system and process specialist with a decade of experience supporting North America’s largest CEA operators, Mitch most recently served as Director of Business Development for urban-gro following his tenure at Fluence Bioengineering (now a Signify brand) where he became the company’s leading sales associate from 2016 to 2020.
